We were given a £300k budget and 10 weeks to complete a full fitout of Quayside Food Court in the Lowry Shopping Outlet.
4 Jordan Street
Consensus Workspace took just 8 weeks to complete a full fit out project on the ground floor and first floor of 4 Jordan Street, Manchester.
2 Stockport Exchange
We were given a 300k budget and 10 weeks to complete a full fit out on the first floor of 2 Stockport Exchange.
2nd & 3rd Floor, White Building
Consensus was appointed as the main contractor by Peel Media Ltd to complete the works to the vacant floors in the White Building.
Craven House
We completed a Cat A and B fit out with Knight PLC and Incognito Design, over two floors of Craven House.
New Peel and Northstone HQ
Our team completed a twenty-four week, £1.6 million programme to turn the former Booths retail unit into new working offices for Peel and Northstone headquarters.
33 Colestone Avenue
Over an 11-week period, we worked 12-hour shifts for seven days a week to turn a 22,500 sqft area into a top spec shared office area.
20 Old Bailey
Over a period of 12 weeks we completed a full 15,500 sqft serviced office fit out, including new tea points, flooring, doors and glazing to the fifth floor.
Blue Tower
The 50,000 sqft project included open soffits for light and well-being, glazing for all offices and meeting room pods, and the implementation of a new colour scheme.
Tomorrow Building
We were given a £600k budget and 12 weeks to complete a full makeover project on the Tomorrow Building at MediaCity.
Zennith Building
